Duties and Responsibilities

Sales

• Daily opening, operational and closing procedures.
• Customer Service: Walk-in, Telephone and Internet.
• Superior product knowledge and ongoing education
• Store Merchandising
• Cleaning and maintenance of Sales Floor, POS area
• Inventory Management
• Marketing Input
• Thorough understanding of POS, Cash Management and Inventory Management Software
• Management of Events and Race Teams

Technician

• Tune-ups, Overhauls, Pro Builds, Wheel Builds, Disc Brakes, Suspension Tuning
• Superior Technical Knowledge and ongoing education
• Sales of services, upgrades and add-ons
• Able and willing to help out on sales floor when needed
• Inventory management for service area
• Cleaning and maintaining of service area, Demo Bikes, and bike shower.

Compensation

Both positions will be compensated based upon experience and compensation packages could include year round salary, comp time, health insurance, paid vacation, and/or a shop bike for the right person.
